- REFUNDS: Item must be in the same condition as shipped and the buyer must warn me within 14 days of delivery.
- EXCHANGES: Item must be in the same condition as received and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- REPAIRS: The buyer must warn me within 60 business days of receipt.
I can't accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or items on sale, but the 60 days guarantee stands. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me and shipping fees are non-refundable.
